I enjoy the fitness lifestyle as there is something truly magical about watching your body transform and learning your personal strengths and weaknesses. I have competed in many shows both provincial and international.

To me living a healthier life is more than just losing weight, its being able to change your mindset, empowering yourself to overcome things you once thought you couldn’t. It’s more than just physical, it’s allowing yourself to recognize your progress, to believe in yourself, and more importantly to be able to take care of your mind, body, and soul.
